The city of Big Bear will be releasing stats on who and what companies are causing the most issues. Big Bear VRA will be meeting weekly to discuss with each other. We will work together always identifying the cities worst 10 homes and eliminate those homes.
City budget 2020 to 2021 to manage vacation rentals
How much has the city raised the city budget. The city has created an entire department to administer vacation rentals. They now have a $1.8 million budget.
Growth in town
In the last two years, TOT for professional managed properties has gone up 34% and Rent by Owners has gone up 290%. We all have to work together to mitigate and attempt to eliminate any negative effects our industry has on the neighborhoods. Let us share how were doing :)
